You're a master of the open ocean. You're a sage of the seven seas. You know every knot in the book You MIGHT have what it takes to be a Bathtub Regatta Champion.
The Bathtub Regatta is a FREE race for all military, civilians and corporate teams who have created
a homemade boat, and are willing to put their crafts to the test. Boats must be self-propelled by
4-person teams created originally for the race. Numerous prizes will be awarded from first place, funniest design, Military madness to best craft and many more.
All Competitors must be on site by 11:30 a.m.
Safety Brief will take place at 12:15 p.m.

It's the survival of the fittest AND the finest at the 2011 BayFest GNC BodySearch Fitness Competition. Watch these slim, trim and muscle-brimmed men and women strut their stuff, then vote with your applause for the crème de la crop.
All BodySearch participants must be at least 18 years old. BayFest BodySearch Fitness Competition includes modeling fitness and one or two-piece, full-cut swimsuit attire, (no thongs allowed). Contestants are judged on personality, physique and interviewing skills. First through third place male and female winners win cash and prizes.

Calling all you paddleboard professionals and amateur enthusiasts. Participate in our inaugural Stand-Up Paddleboard race on Saturday, July 16th! We want to see you paddle the majestic blue bay to victory! Race route is a refreshing 4-mile course with 2 miles of flat water and 2 miles of downhill to the finish. Cost is $25 to participate which includes an inaugural t-shirt (limited to the first 200 entries).

Calling all creative and crafty parents! If you have a knack for bringing a vision to life, then we want you to bring your decorated stroller, wagon or wheelchair to BayFest! You and your keiki (ages 0-17) will get to parade your creation around the Fest Tent at BayFest on Saturday, July 16 at 1:00 p.m. Participants may enter one of three categories: Hawaiian, Patriotic or Recycled Materials. Think you have what it takes to down three pounds of food? Test your appetite at the Royal Kahuna Burger Challenge, held at BayFest on July 16 at 3 p.m. in the Verizon Fest Tent. The monstrous burger is a whopping two pounds of beef – four 8-oz. flame-broiled burger patties – oozing with American cheese and topped with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, plus a pound of fries! Be the first to finish, and you will win a place on the Wall of Fame at Kahuna’s Sports Bar & Grill, along with other prizes! This contest is free to enter and open to the public. Open call to all military service members with a great personality and talent for improvisation. Enter to win a spot as a BayFest emcee, hosting the BayFest Main Stage, July 15-17, at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay.
The first 20 entrants will showcase their talents in the Emcee Maniac Competition at Kahuna's Sports Bar & Grill on Thursday, June 30 at 1900 in front of a packed audience and a panel of judges. Participants will be judged on their personality, ability to work the crowd, and showmanship. Due to the type of audience expected, entrants are asked to keep content to a level that is suitable for all ages.
This contest is open to all active duty members, reservists, and National Guard personnel. Must present valid military ID before try-outs.
